The hotel presents a striking facade and spacious common areas, but unfortunately falls short in execution. While the rooms are clean and the staff tries their best, lack of hot water and inadequate service detract from the overall experience. While the restaurant closes early and room service is limited, some basics are covered at breakfast. Overall, it's a mixed bag which could improve significantly with better management and maintenance.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The entrance looks impressive, giving off a 5-star vibe, but the room was anything but! It was poorly cleaned, and the noisy air conditioner made it hard to get any rest. The breakfast experience was frustrating as well, as we spent time searching for coffee that turned out to be at the pool. To top it off, the location is quite isolated with no amenities nearby. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.
